Full Job Description

Peaceful Home Care Inc Asheville location is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Asheville, NC, to assist with client assessments and support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care nursing and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered care.

Summary
Clinical Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments of clients in their homes, in accordance with agency and state guidelines.
Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on client needs and clinical findings.
Perform regular re-evaluations and supervisory visits for CNA and PCA staff.
Educate clients and families on healthcare management, medication adherence, and safety practices.
Monitor and document changes in condition, communicating updates to physicians and the care team as necessary.
Provide clinical oversight to ensure compliance with Medicaid, private pay, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure care is delivered in accordance with HIPAA standards and agency policies.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Participate in care team meetings and contribute to quality assurance reviews.
Ensure timely submission of all required paperwork after each visit
Assist in implementing infection control protocols and staff safety training.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care, hospice, or community health.
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with home care regulations and North Carolina DHSR guidelines preferred.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Asheville and surrounding areas.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital documentation systems.

Compensation:

Competitive rates based on experience. Flexible hours.

Note: This is a part time position and you can adjust your hours based on clients availability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Travel nursing, Contract, PRN, Permanent, Per diem, Temporary

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
