Overview

Irish Road Dental (under new ownership) is seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental office. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for patients and visters alike. This paid position offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents and technical proficiency will shine. The office is currently open Mon-Friday. Future opportunity to transition into office management as well. Compensation dependent on experience.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls accurately, and provide information efficiently
Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize office productivity
Perform clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized office files
Utilize computer skills to support office management tasks, including document creation and correspondence via word processing tools
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and assisting with client communication

Qualifications

Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Open Dental, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls professionally
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and filing tasks
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques to meet deadlines
Previous experience in front desk or clerical roles demonstrating strong customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
