Full Job Description

Triad Inc America and it's Partners are in search of a qualified QA/QC Supervisor’s for a solar construction site in Moro, AR. We are looking for an applicant that is primarily experienced in QC on commercial solar construction sites.

Responsibilities include implementation of the quality control process for the construction site. This includes preparation, reporting and implementation of all facets of the quality control and the quality assurance process.

Duties include but are not limited to the preparation, implementation, planning, training, tracking and inspection of job site progress, audits, documentation, benchmarks and all other QA/QC components of the job.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in large scale utility solar facility installations. (50+MWac)
Looking for someone who has strong experience in the Mechanical and/or Electrical part of QA/QC on a solar project. (Post/Pile driving)
Looking for applicants with strong tracker knowledge as well as mechanical and civil experiences.
Looking for locals as well as experienced candidates from out of state. (Per diem may be offered depending on your location)
Preferably someone who also has some electrical experience in both AC & DC.
Must have good/great communication abilities (verbal, writing, software data entry and NCR reporting)
Willing and able to help with any labor work in the field. Must be in good physical shape due to nature of the job. Must be able to work outdoor in all weather conditions for at least 5-6 hrs /day.
Communication skills and conducting yourself in a professional manner is essential.
Must have valid and current Driver’s license
Must have a reliable vehicle you can take to the job.
Pre employment drug screening will be performed.
Work truck may be provided
Pay starts at $29/hr. Pay will be based on experience and performance. Can be discussed during interview.
