Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor. This role involves managing patient check-ins and appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all who visit our practice.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression of the practice.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages.
Schedule appointments using dental practice management software while coordinating with clinical staff.
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain organized filing systems for patient records, insurance information, and other documentation.
Assist with data entry tasks such as updating patient information in electronic health records.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
Support office management tasks including inventory monitoring for office supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Prior office management or administrative experience in a healthcare or dental setting preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and dental management software such as QuickBooks or similar tools.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and general clerical tasks required.
Knowledge of office productivity software including typing speed and accuracy.
Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Must be Bilingual
