Known for delivering an unparalleled culinary experience, the company has earned national acclaim for its exceptional service, luxurious ambiance, and commitment to excellence.

Position Overview: Office Manager is to ensure that Guest are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all reception areas operate a high-quality service at all times. Responsible for the organization of office operations and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the corporate reception area to ensure effective internal and external communication while maintaining a professional first impression.
Welcome guests, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and notify corporate team members of guest arrivals.
Coordinate the maintenance, organization, and appearance of office facilities, including office equipment, furniture, and housekeeping needs.
Assist with communication to restaurant and operations teams through email, mail, and phone correspondence.
Purchase office supplies, furniture, and equipment for the corporate office in accordance with company purchasing policies and budget guidelines.
Participate in special projects and provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Draft correspondence and respond to routine phone calls and email inquiries.
Answer direct incoming calls for the corporate office, take messages, and respond to routine questions.
Coordinate and schedule corporate meetings, including reserving meeting space and arranging meals or refreshments when needed.
Manage the company's eCommerce platform by administering location requests and maintaining related information.
Provide support for guest gift card inquiries through the JRCE online gift card portal.
Assist with new hire onboarding and administrative onboarding processes.
Coordinate hotel accommodation for corporate employees and new hires as needed.
Assist the Human Resources team with recruitment activities, including managing the recruitment platform and providing administrative support.
Administer the JRCE Rewards & Recognition Program, ensuring milestones are tracked, deadlines are met, and employee recognition activities are completed accurately and on time.

Required Experience & Qualification

1. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

3. Good working knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, etc.

4. Knowledge of efficient office procedures – Strong administrative, organizational skills

5. Able to multi-task

6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Education:

· College Degree and/or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop

2. Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds

3. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
