Job Description
Best Choice Plumbing & HVAC is looking for a Senior HVAC Service Technician who is already operating at a high level.
This is a premium opportunity for an experienced HVAC service technician who can diagnose accurately, communicate clearly, present repair and replacement options ethically, document work properly, and deliver a professional customer experience.

The right candidate should be comfortable with residential and light commercial HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, system replacement opportunities, indoor air quality upgrades, and customer-facing recommendations.
If you are a top technician who is tired of disorganized dispatch, unclear job information, weak office support, or companies that do not reward performance, this may be the right opportunity.
