Most licensed agents spend half their day chasing leads. At Guardian Benefits, the calls come to you — live, qualified inbounds, all day long.

Guardian Benefits is a Boca Raton-based insurance agency specializing in hospital indemnity plans, home health care plans, and pharmacy giveback programs. These are compliant, client-friendly products that are straightforward to present and built to close — and they pair well with the consultative approach that experienced agents already bring to the phone.

The Role

Show up, take calls, close policies. Your license is the foundation — we provide everything on top of it. Live inbound leads, a strong product line, real support, and a tech platform that keeps you informed and in control.

As a Licensed Inbound Sales Agent at Guardian Benefits, you'll handle live inbound calls from prospects actively interested in health-related coverage, walk them through their options, and write policies over the phone. No cold calling, no self-sourcing, no lead costs out of pocket.

What You'll Do

Handle live inbound calls and present hospital indemnity, home health care, and pharmacy giveback plans to qualified prospects
Apply your sales experience to guide clients through their coverage options and close policies with confidence
Use Guardian's tech platform to manage your pipeline, track activity, and monitor commissions in real time
Participate in ongoing coaching and call reviews focused on refining your process — not retraining from scratch
Represent Guardian Benefits with the professionalism and compliance awareness that comes with holding a license

Who You Are

A licensed health insurance agent (active 2-15 or 2-40 license required) with experience selling over the phone
Someone who knows how to build trust quickly, handle objections, and close without pressure
Consistent and process-driven — you follow a system, stay focused through high call volume, and produce

The Compensation

Competitive hourly base plus commission on closed policies — licensed agents with strong phone skills earn well here
