What Success Looks Like

By Month 6
- 20 new patients per month
- 50 patient visits per week
- 70% new patient conversion
- 80% patient retention
- $20,000 in monthly collections
By Month 12
- 100 patient visits per week
- Continued growth in collections, patient relationships, clinical skill, communication, and leadership

Our provider standards require appropriate patient documentation, legal and ethical compliance, and maintenance of an unrestricted Florida chiropractic license.

Ideally, you have 2–5 years of clinical experience, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Upper Cervical Chiropractic
Upper Cervical experience and/or a genuine interest in Upper Cervical Chiropractic is required.
You do not need to arrive as a master.
You do need to want to become one.
We are looking for a doctor who is willing to study, practice, train, receive feedback, and continually improve.
This Is a Patient Relationship Role
Clinical skill matters.
Communication matters just as much.
You will be responsible for helping patients move from uncertainty to understanding, from understanding to commitment, and from commitment to better health.
That includes:
- Performing examinations and evaluations
- Communicating findings
- Making clear care recommendations
- Converting appropriate patients into care
- Delivering high-quality adjustments
- Monitoring progress
- Recommending changes when necessary
- Building long-term patient relationships
- Becoming a trusted health advocate for the patient and their family
Your clinical judgment remains important. Our employment framework allows the doctor to make appropriate clinical decisions while practicing within recognized chiropractic standards and ethics.
Compensation
$90,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience and performance
Compensation includes:
Base Salary + Percentage of Collections
As your ability to attract, convert, retain, and care for patients grows, your earning potential grows with it.
Schedule
Full time
Approximately 4.5 adjusting days per week. .5 Marketing days per week.
The role is intentionally structured so your time and energy can remain focused on patients, clinical mastery, communication, and development.

Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree
- Florida chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Eligible for professional malpractice coverage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine interest in Upper Cervical Chiropractic
- Willingness to train, role play, study, and improve
- Willingness to be measured against clear performance expectations
Florida licensure and work authorization are also explicit requirements in the provider agreement.
This Role Is Not for Everyone

- Do not want your performance measured
- Become defensive when coached
- Avoid difficult patient conversations
- Believe patient conversion has nothing to do with effective communication
