Full Job Description

Bryant Security has proudly served the South Florida community since 1985. We invite you to join our team of dedicated security professionals.

We are looking for a D and G licensed, experienced Area Security Manager to oversee and coordinate security operations across multiple locations within the Palm Beach County region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities.

This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as the candidate will need to respond promptly to evolving security threats and changing organizational needs. Regular travel within the assigned region is expected to ensure consistent oversight and support for all locations. A company vehicle will be assigned to you. Candidates must be able to park a marked security vehicle at their residence.

Qualifications (At least one qualification must be met):

U.S. Military Veteran or currently serving in the Reserves or National Guard
Law Enforcement experience

Requirements

Background in law enforcement or military is required
Valid Class D and G license
Must be able to pass a Level II criminal background investigation and drug screening
Minimum of 5 years experience in security management or related role
Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region. Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proficiency in security technology and surveillance systems.
Experience collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services
In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate security personnel across multiple sites
Attend meetings with our clients to determine operational needs
Respond to security incidents and lead investigations
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management
Prepare schedules and certify payroll for sites in your region
Develop and implement security strategies and protocols
Train and mentor security staff

$66,000-$71,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00. Weekends as needed
