Sr. Product Designer

Job at a Glance

Title: Sr. Product Designer
Location: Orlando, FL OR Glendale, CA (Hybrid; on-site 2-4 days/week)
Contract: W2 only, up to 12 months with potential for extension of up to 22 months or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
Pay: $55+/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

Senior-level Product Designer focused on consumer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role emphasizes high-quality visual design, polished UI, and compelling digital storytelling in addition to strong product thinking.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of UX rigor and visual craft, with the ability to translate business goals into engaging, conversion-oriented experiences such as booking flows, shopping journeys, and promotional pathways. A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes is required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design of consumer-facing digital experiences, including browsing, booking, shopping, and transactional pathways across web and mobile platforms.
Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma that communicate a clear, polished product vision.
Translate business goals and user needs into visually compelling, conversion-focused experiences that guide users through complex journeys.
Present design work to stakeholders with clear storytelling, articulating both the rationale and business impact of decisions.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design partners to bring high-quality digital experiences to life.
Contribute to and work within existing design systems while ensuring strong visual consistency and brand alignment.
Design across responsive web and native mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and accelerate delivery of high-impact initiatives.
Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consumer digital experiences.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products.
Bachelor's Degree required
Demonstrated strength in visual design, high-fidelity UI, and interaction design.
Proven ability to design end-to-end product experiences, from concept through delivery.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Experience creating interactive prototypes in Figma.
Experience working within design systems and maintaining visual consistency across products.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile environments.
Experience designing for web, mobile web, and/or native mobile platforms.
Portfolio required demonstrating both process and polished visual outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for e-commerce, booking, or transactional flows.
Exposure to conversion optimization, A/B testing, or performance-driven design.
Background in travel, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or consumer apps.
Strong emphasis on brand expression, digital storytelling, or marketing-driven experiences.
Experience contributing to scalable design systems.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or emerging design tools.
Working knowledge of front-end development or technical constraints.

Bachelor's Degree required
