POSITION OVERVIEW

Lioher is hiring a Senior Outside Sales Representative to own and grow our Central Florida territory, with a primary focus on the Tampa Bay and Greater Orlando markets. This is a high-impact, brand-building role for a seasoned sales professional who already has a strong network among Central Florida’s general contractors, developers, custom homebuilders, multifamily and hospitality builders, kitchen and bath dealers, cabinet shops, fabricators, architects, and interior designers.

The right candidate is not a generalist B2B closer — they are an industry insider who understands how cabinetry, panel, and surface specifications get written into projects, and who can move Lioher products from “considered” to “specified” in the spec books, AOR drawings, and procurement decisions of Central Florida’s most active builders. This person will be responsible for driving both brand recognition and consistent, repeatable monthly revenue across the territory.

This role is structured with a clear runway: as performance and territory growth justify expansion, the Senior Outside Sales Representative will take on player-coach responsibilities and ultimately lead a small Central Florida sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Territory Ownership & Revenue Growth

Own the Tampa Bay and Greater Orlando territory end-to-end: pipeline, forecast, account strategy, and monthly revenue performance.
Build a stable, recurring monthly revenue base by converting target accounts into repeat-spec, repeat-purchase customers — not one-off transactions.
Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets aligned with Lioher’s Central Florida growth plan.

Specification & Business Development

Get Lioher products specified into active and upcoming projects with general contractors, developers, custom homebuilders, multifamily, hospitality, and senior-living builders.
Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, kitchen and bath designers, cabinet shops, and fabricators to drive top-of-funnel specification.
Build a strategic territory plan that identifies the top 50–100 target accounts, the projects in their pipeline, and the path to spec for LUXE, ZÉNIT, SYNCRON, doors, countertops, and complementary product lines.
Convert competitive accounts currently buying from European and domestic alternatives.

Brand Building & Market Presence

Be the recognized face of Lioher in Central Florida — actively present at industry events, NKBA and AIA chapter meetings, NAHB / BIA functions, parade-of-homes events, trade shows, and developer / GC industry gatherings.
Partner with the marketing team to design and execute Tampa- and Orlando-specific campaigns, lunch-and-learns, AIA-accredited CEU presentations, showroom events, and trade open houses.
Use the Tampa and Orlando Lioher Centers as active selling tools — drive qualified trade traffic into the showrooms and host client meetings, design sessions, and spec reviews on-site.

Account Management & Customer Experience

Manage existing Central Florida accounts with the rigor of an enterprise-account manager: scheduled cadence of visits, project tracking, samples and specbook updates, and proactive follow-up.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Lioher’s full product portfolio — kitchens, vanity, closets, outdoor kitchens, panels and edge, doors, countertops, slat wall, floating shelves, and handles.
Serve as the customer’s advocate inside Lioher, coordinating with operations, logistics, design support, and customer service to ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec.

Sales Operations & Reporting

Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent): accurate accounts, contacts, opportunities, stages, close dates, and forecast.
Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly territory reviews to leadership, with clear visibility into committed, best-case, and at-risk revenue.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and project-level agreements within company guidelines, balancing volume growth with margin discipline.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Experience

7+ years of B2B outside sales experience, with at least 4 years selling into the Florida construction, residential development, kitchen and bath, or building-products industry.
Demonstrated, current network of relationships with Central Florida general contractors, developers, custom and production homebuilders, multifamily / hospitality builders, kitchen and bath dealers, cabinet shops, fabricators, architects, and / or interior designers.
Proven track record of building a territory from underperforming to consistent, predictable monthly revenue — with specific, quantifiable results you can speak to.
Direct industry experience in one or more of: cabinetry, decorative panels and surfaces, laminates, edgebanding, countertops / surfaces, hardware, millwork, or related building products.
Strong understanding of how specifications are written, spec books are used, and how products move from designer / architect specification through GC procurement to installation.
Disciplined CRM user (Salesforce or equivalent) with the ability to forecast accurately and manage a pipeline professionally.
Comfortable presenting to mixed audiences — designers, builders, executives, and trade installers — and confident running product demos, lunch-and-learns, and CEU sessions.

Highly Preferred

Existing book of business or warm relationships in the Tampa Bay and Greater Orlando markets that can be activated in the first 90 days.
Prior experience selling premium, design-led, or European-origin building products.
Bilingual English / Spanish — meaningful portion of the Central Florida trade community is Spanish-speaking and Lioher serves a bilingual customer base.
Prior experience leading or mentoring junior sales reps, even informally.
Familiarity with NKBA, AIA, NAHB, BIA, or similar industry associations and active participation in their Central Florida chapters.

Strong executive presence and credibility in front of GC owners, developers, and design principals.
Hands-on, in-the-field operator — comfortable spending the majority of the workweek visiting jobsites, showrooms, design firms, and contractor offices.
Brand ambassador mindset — understands that every interaction either builds or erodes Lioher’s reputation in the market.
