Full Job Description

Have a truck but no authority? Lease on and run this week.

Sauveur & Sons Association LLC is a licensed FMCSA motor carrier looking for owner-operators to lease their equipment onto our authority under a written 49 CFR Part 376 lease. You run under our MC, our insurance, and our full-time dispatch — and you keep an agreed percentage of every load, settled weekly. Van, reefer, flatbed, box truck, hotshot, and power-only welcome. We run the Lower 48.

This is a 1099 independent-contractor lease-on, not a company-driver job. If you own or finance a truck and want to start earning without waiting weeks for your own MC, this is the fastest legal way to get moving.

CHARGING 15% MC Fee+ 5% DISPATCH Fee= 20%

What we provide

> - Operating authority to run under, immediately

> - Primary liability and cargo insurance on dispatched loads

> - Full-time dispatch — we find the freight, negotiate the rate, handle broker packets

> - Broker credit checks so you don't haul for someone who won't pay

> - IFTA reporting and fuel tax filing on loads run under our authority

> - Weekly settlements with a line-by-line statement

> - Fuel card program access

What you bring

> - A truck you own or finance, in DOT-legal condition

> - Valid CDL with the endorsements for what you haul

> - Current DOT medical card

> - Clean-enough MVR and a drug screen through our consortium

> - Physical damage and occupational insurance on your own equipment

How you get paid

You keep an agreed percentage of the linehaul on every load, settled weekly, with every deduction itemized. Your exact percentage depends on your equipment and is written into your lease before you sign — never quoted verbally and changed later. You always get a signed copy of your lease.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per week
