Insurance Sales Producer — Jacksonville | Independent Agency | P&C Licensed

About the Opportunity
Brightway Insurance is hiring licensed Insurance Sales Producers on behalf of its independently owned agencies in Jacksonville, FL. These full-time sales roles provide access to Brightway’s national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential, giving producers the resources to build a rewarding career in insurance sales. Some positions also offer a hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers
Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency
Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment

What We're Looking For

Active P&C insurance license required
Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
