Full Job Description

We are looking to add Licensed Health Insurance agents to our agency based in Tampa, FL. We are looking for enthusiastic, goal driven, individuals, who are ready to be with an agency that is agent focused. This is a position with exponential potential for growth not just professionally but financially. We invest in our agents so you can grow in all areas of this job. We know how hard it is finding an agency that is worth staying at long term, which is why we do things different than all the other average agencies.

We are offer remote positions and in office positions at our Tampa office. In office will come with higher commissions and additional earnings opportunities compared to remote.

This is an Inbound Call Center. NO COLD CALLING.

Job Description:

Agent will be trained to professionally assist clients in reviewing and enrolling in Medicare Advantage plans/ Prescription Drug Plans/ Health Indemnity Plans/ Dental and Vision ancillary plans.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:

Position highlights:

Up to $135 per qualified enrollment for in office agents, up to $115 for remote agents, with volume based bonuses on top.
24 month vestment in your renewals. Start earning industry leading monthly residual checks on your business!
All marketing costs paid for.
This is an LOA position, not independent agent position. We do offer independent agent positions, but marketing costs and expenses are not covered for those in any manner.
Paid Training– Get paid while you learn.
Warm Inbound Calls Only – NO cold calling, NO outbound dialing!
Monday-Friday schedule
All expenses paid company trip for top performers!

Position requirements and qualifications:

Be Computer Proficient
Remote must have reliable high speed, wired internet connection, which will be tested prior to being hired.
Private work space that is not shared with other people, as we are in the health insurance industry.

We are experts in the Health Insurance and defined by our outstanding performance. We are looking for top people to join our team and grow with us. Leadership training and roles available to qualified candidates as positions open. Start date dependent upon successful completion of AHIP and Carrier Certifications and/or successfully moving existing contracts under Reviva Health Group.

Hours: 10:00am-5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday

Mandatory Hours During Peak Season, Monday through Saturday 9am-7pm EST (Saturdays only between 10/15-12/7)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Commission with Unlimited Income Potential
