Job Overview

Ready to take control of your career and earnings while helping people secure the health coverage they need? MVP Health Choices is seeking motivated Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our high-energy team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
In this fast-paced, goal-driven role, you'll engage with clients (primarily over the phone, plus some outside and retail sales), promote and sell tailored health insurance products, build lasting relationships, and close deals that make a real difference. We provide a steady flow of high-quality leads, full training (including licensing sponsorship after 30 days if needed), and a supportive environment where your hard work directly translates to big commissions.

What You'll Do

Engage with potential clients via inbound/outbound phone calls, and telemarketing to promote health insurance products
Identify client needs, recommend suitable coverage solutions, and negotiate terms to close sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
Work with a consistent stream of high-quality leads from multiple providers
Support diverse clients—multilingual abilities are a big plus!

What We're Looking For

Valid health insurance license (required; we sponsor licensing after 30 days for the right candidates)
Proven sales experience (outside sales, retail, telemarketing, or insurance preferred—but no experience needed if you're driven and coachable)
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to analyze customer needs/data and recommend effective solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Bilingual/multilingual skills highly desirable to serve our diverse community
Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for helping people protect what matters most
