Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber with experience in both commercial and residential plumbing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and related equipment. This role requires proficiency in fixture installations, repairing common issues such as leaks or blocked drains, and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments. As a Plumber at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our clients' plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently.
Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and specifications.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to ensure proper plumbing installations.
Maintain a clean van and organized work area on construction sites.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

Skills

Proficient in using own power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
Strong knowledge in plumbing with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Familiarity with commercial driving regulations may be beneficial for transporting equipment.
Ability to read and understand schematics related to plumbing systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in hospital plumbing a plus.
Drain cleaning expertise.
Certification or experience in medical gas installation a plus.
