Full Job Description

Chabad of Altamonte Springs & Jewish Beginnings Preschool is seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant who doesn’t just complete tasks - but takes ownership and sees them through from start to finish.

This is not a typical assistant role. We are looking for someone who gets it - someone who can take a list, understand priorities, figure out next steps, and make things happen without needing constant direction.

If you are organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and naturally take initiative, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a growing, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute administrative and operational tasks from concept through completion
Assist with billing, payroll, and financial tracking
Prepare and send marketing emails and support outreach campaigns
Update and maintain website content
Support licensing, compliance, and grant-related processes
Assist in program planning and execution
Help streamline systems and improve overall organizational flow
Work closely with the Director to support day-to-day operations and long-term growth

A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
Able to prioritize, problem-solve, and think independently

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with payroll, billing, or bookkeeping
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
Website editing experience (basic backend updates)
Experience working in schools, nonprofits, or community organizations
