Participate in the marketing and representation of luxury homes, waterfront properties, branded residences, new developments, investment opportunities, and distinctive estates.

Accountability and Collaboration
Work within a team culture centered on consistent activity, measurable progress, collaboration, high standards, and results.

Responsibilities

Represent buyers and sellers throughout Tampa Bay
Build and consistently manage your own pipeline
Prospect, follow up, and develop client relationships
Deliver a polished, service-driven client experience
Participate in team training and business-development activities
Represent The Fausto Group and BARNES with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

Active Florida real estate license or in progress
Based in or near the Tampa Bay / St. Pete area
Professional, entrepreneurial, coachable, and self-motivated
Strong communication and follow-through
Willingness to consistently generate business
Genuine interest in luxury real estate

Previous luxury experience is not required. Sales experience preferred. Professionalism, discipline, and ambition matter most.

Compensation

Independent contractor, commission-based opportunity with competitive splits, mentorship, marketing support, and long-term growth potential.
