Job Summary

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will design and support Tableau dashboards, reporting datasets, and analytics solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to define key metrics, improve data visibility, and deliver actionable insights. The BI Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for reporting tools and provide guidance to users on data best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards, data sources, and reporting datasets to support self-service analytics and business insights.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for sales attainment reporting, including dashboard support and Encompass reporting needs.

· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting data through proactive monitoring, validation, and troubleshooting.

· Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver reporting solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.

· Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

· Communicate reporting updates, enhancements, and issues to leadership and key stakeholders.

· Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests and analytical projects.

· Create documentation and reporting standards to improve data transparency and usability.

· Train and mentor business users on reporting tools, dashboards, and data best practices.

· Collaborate with data and technology teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

· Experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or a related role.

· Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.

· Experience developing reports, dashboards, or analytics solutions using visualization tools.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data concepts into business insights.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Tableau (dashboard development, data sources, and visualization best practices).

· Experience with Power BI, Looker, or other business intelligence platforms.

· Familiarity with Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms.

· Experience with Python, APIs, or data automation processes.

· Experience supporting sales analytics, revenue reporting, or operational reporting.

· Knowledge of data governance and reporting best practices.
