Practice Manager – Medical/Dental PracticeLead Operations. Drive Growth. Make an Impact.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing medical/dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys balancing operations, finance, team leadership, and practice development.

The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing practice operations while delivering outstanding patient and team experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day practice operations
Manage billing, accounts payable, and financial reporting
Supervise administrative and business office functions
Coordinate electronic claims submissions and insurance processes
Optimize workflow efficiency and practice productivity
Implement and manage practice management software and EMR systems
Analyze operational and financial data using Excel and reporting tools
Lead, mentor, and support administrative staff
Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers, vendors, and referral partners
Identify opportunities for practice growth and operational improvement

QualificationsRequired Experience

5+ years of medical or dental practice management experience
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of healthcare practice operations and business office functions
Experience with billing, collections, and financial management
Knowledge of EMR/EHR and practice management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software applications
