Financial Professional/Advisor / Wealth Planning Associate New York Life | (Office & Field)

Please Note: An associate's degree and sales or marketing experience are expected. Candidates must be able to travel to the office 3–4 days per week and be willing to invest the time and effort necessary for professional development, licensing, and ongoing training.

What You'll DoClient Development & Relationship Building

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and professional guidance.

Financial Planning & Advisory Services

Assist clients with comprehensive financial planning needs.
Help design strategies involving:
Wealth accumulation
Retirement planning
Life insurance
Disability income protection
Long-term care planning
Estate and legacy planning
Work alongside experienced advisors and specialists to deliver sophisticated solutions.

Ongoing Client Service

Conduct periodic reviews and strategy updates.
Anticipate future client needs and opportunities.
Assist clients with service requests and account-related concerns.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.

Professional Growth

Participate in New York Life's industry-leading training and development programs.
Obtain required state and federal licenses (training and exam costs covered by New York Life).
Learn from experienced advisors and leadership mentors.
Continuously develop expertise in financial planning and client relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's Degree or higher
1+ year of sales, marketing, business development, client-facing, or relationship management experience
