Full Job Description

Night Supervisor

This role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues.
Support Operations team by taking preventive action to mitigate company damages
Identify corrective action and programs to remedy constant trends, which result in organizational losses and problems.
Conduct customer service surveys.
Forward customer complaints to proper Directors and/or Operations Managers.
Follow up on customer complaint’s/request, status with clients, Directors, Managers, or Supervisors.
Update and maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
Maintain and follow up on all Radios, Equipment and transportation repairs.
When needed will assist Operations Manager with e-mails, follow-ups, and letters.
Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Experience Preferred:

Two to three years’ experience in customer service, medical facilities
Computer literate: Microsoft word, excel, Windows

Physical Requirements:

75% Walking and 25% Sitting.
Lifting up to 50 pounds

Required education:

High school or equivalent
