Full Job Description

An electric utility client is looking for a Procurement Specialist who will execute Purchase
Orders, Change Orders, and Request for Proposals across multiple apparatus categories.

Location: Pomona, CA 91768 (Hybrid- Monday and Tuesday onsite)
Position: Procurement Specialist
Pay Rate: $32.17/hr on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience with SAP ECC for materials management, Purchase orders, change orders, requisitions.
Develop and maintain Outline Agreements, Source Lists, and monitor PO Automation across apparatus categories.
Execute Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Request for Proposals across multiple apparatus categories.
Familiarity with Ariba

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Good attention to detail, can learn MS Office suite of apps
Experience with SAP ECC for materials management, purchase orders, change orders, requisitions.
Education Requirement: 4 year degree or equivalent based on demonstrated

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Develop and maintain Outline Agreements,
Source Lists, and monitor PO Automation across apparatus categories. Execute Purchase
Orders, Change Orders, and Request for Proposals across multiple apparatus categories.
Familiarity with Ariba
