Full Job Description

Bilingual Real Estate Operations Coordinator – Mandarin/English

About the Role

Join a fast-growing New York real estate team and gain hands-on experience across client communication, listing operations, marketing coordination, and transaction support.

We are looking for a highly organized bilingual professional who communicates clearly, follows through consistently, and enjoys keeping projects and transactions moving forward. This position offers exposure to residential, commercial, and new-development real estate.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Client Communication & Follow-Up

Manage client and business communication through email, text, and phone in both English and Mandarin.
Send clear updates, confirmations, reminders, and next-step instructions.
Follow up with clients, agents, and third parties and maintain accurate communication records.
Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and route requests to the appropriate team member.
Provide a professional, responsive, and organized client experience.

2. Listing Operations & Marketing Coordination

Publish and maintain accurate listing information across real estate and marketing platforms.
Review listing details, pricing, descriptions, photos, and availability for consistency.
Coordinate email campaigns, promotional postings, flyers, and outreach activities.
Monitor inquiries, showing activity, agent feedback, and listing performance.
Summarize relevant feedback and help the team implement practical marketing improvements.

3. Transaction Coordination

Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
Track transaction deadlines, documents, inspections, mortgage commitments, appraisals, board applications, and closings.
Review transaction documents for key dates, signatures, amounts, and outstanding items.
Maintain organized digital files, CRM records, status updates, and next steps.
Identify missing information or potential delays and notify the appropriate team member promptly.

Requirements

Qualifications
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Strong professional communication skills across email, phone, and text.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up.
Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and conversations.
Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems.
Able to work full-time in person and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
Real estate, transaction coordination, administrative, client service, or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided, but candidates should be proactive, dependable, and comfortable learning new systems.

This position provides hands-on industry experience, exposure to a wide range of real estate transactions, and opportunities to grow into a senior operations or transaction coordination role.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
