Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in the food industry and enjoy working in hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Take customer orders accurately using a cash register or POS system.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about drink offerings, and make recommendations.
Monitor customer consumption to ensure responsible serving practices.
Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, including setting up bars and serving drinks.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
Proficient with cash registers and POS systems for efficient order processing.
Strong knowledge of the food industry, including beverage preparation techniques.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating drink recipes.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
