Compensation: $70,000–$80,000+ | Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

We’re looking for ambitious, client-focused individuals to join our State Farm team as a Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll help individuals and families protect what they’ve built and plan for what’s next—through insurance, retirement strategies, and long-term financial guidance.

If you’re motivated, coachable, and excited to build meaningful relationships while starting a rewarding career in financial services, we’d love to hear from you.

Essential skills we’re looking for: strong communication, relationship-building, a customer-first mindset, goal-orientation, and a willingness to learn and be coached.

Year-one on-target earnings: $65,000–$80,000.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Representative, I will:

Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities
Reach out and schedule appointments with prospective customers
Understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions
Build lasting relationships and deliver reliable, responsive follow-up
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations
Maintain a strong work ethic and stay highly active every day
Keep improving through ongoing training, personal development, and continuous refinement of my skills
