Content Marketing Coordinator

Location: In Person – Sunrise, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience

About the Role

We are a fast-growing healthcare and home services company dedicated to helping older adults live safely and independently at home. Through home safety solutions, community partnerships, and educational content, our mission is to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults and their caregivers.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Content Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. This hands-on, in-person role is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and tracking content across multiple platforms while ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage the monthly content calendar.
Create and publish content across social media platforms.
Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns.
Edit short-form videos and reels.
Coordinate and publish podcast episodes.
Write email newsletters, blogs, and marketing copy.
Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva.
Assist with website content updates.
Coordinate with external marketing partners, including SEO and web development vendors.
Monitor social media engagement and community interactions.
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Support conferences, events, and community outreach initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, communications, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with Canva and CapCut (or similar video editing software).
Strong photography and videography skills.
Experience managing social media platforms.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WordPress or website content management.
Basic understanding of SEO.
Experience with email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media reporting.
