Role Overview:

Sodexo Corporate Services is hiring a General Manager 5 for its JMFE account in Deerfield Beach, FL. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations for a high-profile corporate services account, with responsibility for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team development. The General Manager will lead a large team while fostering a strong partnership with the client, ensuring service expectations are consistently exceeded and business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial results, identify opportunities, and implement strategic action plans. A proactive, results-driven approach and passion for building high-performing teams are essential for success in this role.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
