Position Summary

The Senior RN is the clinical and commercial standard-bearer of the Pause medical line. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role: delivering IV and injection therapies with clinical excellence while confidently guiding each guest to the treatment plan that best serves their goals.

The Senior RN is the Subject Matter Expert in the room. Pause guests come in describing how they feel; the Senior RN assesses that need and makes a clear, confident recommendation — the right drip, the right add-ons, the right cadence. Every IV is the first session of a wellness regimen, not a one-time service. The nurse provides; the guest decides.

This role reports to the General Manager and sets the example the rest of the medical team follows.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Delivery

Administer IV drip therapy, vitamin injections, and NAD+/NR infusions safely and effectively
Conduct intake assessments; review medical history and screen for contraindications
Complete Qualiphy clearance before every applicable treatment; monitor guests throughout and adjust to response and tolerance
Maintain accurate, timely documentation for every service — MedSquad log, guest profile, and clinical notes
Uphold all medical protocols, dosing standards, and compliance requirements without exception

Guest Experience & Sales (core performance expectation)

Assess each guest's need state and make a prescriptive, outcome-based recommendation with conviction
Convert new guests into members — a primary success metric
Offer relevant add-ons and treatment upgrades on every visit, framed around guest benefit, not price
Prescribe a return cadence and secure the next visit before the guest leaves
Follow up with guests after service to check results and rebook
Sell on value: guide guests to the treatment that serves them best rather than defaulting to the lowest-cost option

Standard-Setting

Model the Pause prescriptive standard for the medical team, in the room and by example
Support consistency across the RN team in protocol adherence, documentation, and guest experience
Partner with the General Manager on medical line performance against goals
Maintain diligent Asana engagement for scheduling, tasks, and studio communication
This overview is not exhaustive or fixed; additional responsibilities and assignments will be added as business needs demand.

Qualifications & RequirementsRequired

Active, unrestricted Florida RN license
Minimum 3 years nursing experience; IV/infusion experience required
Current hands-on IV and injection proficiency; strong first-stick venipuncture success
Current CPR/BLS certification
Demonstrated comfort recommending and selling treatments in a cash-pay, client-facing revenue environment
Familiarity with Asana or similar tools and electronic guest/clinical record systems
Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends

Preferred

Med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or functional/integrative medicine experience
NAD+ therapy administration experience
Prior experience in a concierge or membership-based wellness setting

Prescriptive. Reads the guest's need and leads with a clear plan rather than handing over a menu
Guest-facing and present. Works the floor and the chair, not the back room
Clinically rigorous. Documents diligently and never cuts a compliance corner
Operates within the framework. Runs the Pause protocol as designed and builds on the system
Coachable. Takes direction from the General Manager and acts on feedback

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $40.00/hour, full time, based on experience and proven readiness
Eligible for the Pause medical performance incentive plan, tied to medical service delivery and add-on performance, so a strong Senior RN earns meaningfully above base

Guest-to-member conversion and membership growth
IV add-on attach rate and upsell performance
Client satisfaction and rebooking rates
Clinical safety and protocol/compliance adherence

Clinical Services

IV Drip Therapies: Hydration, immune support, energy, beauty, athletic recovery, hangover relief
Vitamin Injections: B12, vitamin D, lipotropics, glutathione, NAD+ therapy

Work Schedule

Full time, hourly
Studio hours: Mon–Sat 8am–8pm, Sun 8am–6pm
Evening and weekend availability required
