Job Overview

We are actively hiring an experienced Pool Screen Enclosure Installer / Aluminum Installer in Fort Myers, FL. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with experience in lanais, screen rooms, pool cages, and aluminum structures.

The right candidate is self-motivated, efficient, and produces high-quality work while solving problems independently in the field.

Responsibilities

Install pool screen enclosures, lanais, and screen rooms
Perform aluminum framing and cage installation
Install rain gutters and integrate drainage systems
Complete picture window retrofits
Install screen enclosure doors and hardware
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and site plans
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in screen enclosure, lanai, or aluminum installation
Experience with pool cages, rescreening, and rework
Ability to read and understand blueprints and layouts
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Must own all necessary tools for installation work
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be insurable to operate company vehicles (training provided if needed)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and production-driven
