Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Staff member to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energy and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel
Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records
Support office management by overseeing supplies inventory, organizing mail distribution, and assisting with general administrative duties
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously in person or via phone or email
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) to prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience

Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with solid computer literacy and typing skills
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing professional phone reception services
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management techniques
Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus for handling varied responsibilities efficiently
