Requirements

Recent freight brokerage experience preferred
Experience developing customers, managing accounts, or cradle-to-grave brokerage responsibilities
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Strong understanding of transportation and freight markets
Must be based in the United States

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong broker-client relationships, delivering proactive account management and responsive communication.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight and logistics, including lead generation and client acquisition within transportation sectors.
Negotiate rates, terms, and service levels; optimize transportation routing, capacity, and cost efficiency through thorough logistics planning.
Manage contracts, pricing, and freight solutions across 3PL networks, carriers, and shippers; ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
Coordinate dispatch, carrier selection, and shipment tracking; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA where applicable) and service level agreements.
Maintain CRM, report sales activity, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
