We're looking for a Bilingual Operations & Business Development Manager who is much more than an office manager. You are a strategic leader, relationship builder, operational problem solver, and business-minded professional who understands that exceptional client service and business growth go hand in hand.

This is not a traditional administrative position. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, improving systems, driving results, and helping prospective clients feel confident choosing our firm.

This is a leadership position that combines:

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our firm while leading our administrative team and helping prospective clients take the next step toward solving one of the most important legal challenges of their lives.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, coaches others, improves systems, and continuously looks for ways to strengthen both our client experience and our business.

As our Operations & Business Development Manager, you will:

Leadership & Operations

Lead, coach, and develop our administrative support team.
Own the daily operations of the firm by improving systems, workflows, and administrative processes.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive workplace culture.
Ensure attorneys and staff have the operational support they need to succeed.
Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve productivity and client satisfaction.

Business Development & Sales

Lead our client intake process from the first phone call through client retention.
Conduct and oversee consultation follow-up with prospective clients.
Build trust with potential clients by educating them about our services and guiding them through the hiring process.
Confidently discuss legal fees, payment options, and financing while helping clients make informed decisions.
Handle billing conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
Overcome objections using consultative, relationship-based sales—not high-pressure tactics.
Track consultation conversion rates and develop strategies to improve results.
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for business growth.

Client Experience

Ensure every client receives exceptional service from consultation through case completion.
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements.
Help create an experience that generates referrals and five-star reviews.

Performance & Accountability

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
Consultation conversion rate
Client satisfaction
Client retention
Operational efficiency
Use data to continuously improve systems and performance.

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Minimum 3 years of leadership, operations management, office management, client success, or business development experience
Proven experience in sales, client intake, or business development
Demonstrated ability to build trust and close sales through education and relationship building
Experience supervising or leading employees
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new technology
Positive, solution-oriented attitude
Experience in immigration law or legal client intake is a plus.
