Customer Service RepresentativeJoin a Growing Global Company

OSW is a global renewable energy business operating across multiple international markets. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is a key link between our customers, Sales and Operations teams. You will manage incoming customer enquiries, process orders and quotes, and provide day-to-day sales administration support to help deliver an excellent customer experience.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales and order process while working closely with our Sales and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer and sales enquiries by phone and email
Assist customers with counter enquiries and sales
Process a high volume of customer orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
Prepare and process sales orders and quotations
Check pricing, contracts and customer information for accuracy
Support the Sales team with day-to-day administration and activities to help achieve sales KPIs
Ensure customer messages and enquiries are directed to the appropriate team member promptly
Contact customers to obtain missing information and resolve order or quote queries
Liaise closely with the Operations team to coordinate timely deliveries and customer pick-ups
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records
Communicate important customer feedback internally
Manage and respond to a high volume of emails
Keep up to date with new products, services and industry developments

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is highly organised and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar role
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar business systems
An understanding of sales processes and KPIs
Confidence working across different teams including Sales and Operations
A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
The ability to learn new systems, products and processes quickly
An interest in renewable energy and a willingness to develop your knowledge of the solar industry
