Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that all property systems function efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and tenants or occupants experience exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, and a proactive approach to facilities management. Join us to lead maintenance teams, implement safety protocols, and drive continuous improvements in property operations.

Duties

Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.
Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, HVAC units, electrical wiring—including high and low voltage systems—and plumbing infrastructure.
Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures, schedules, and safety regulations aligned with OSHA standards.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history for optimal facility management.
Troubleshoot engineering issues using schematics, electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques to resolve system failures promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections, managing safety training programs, and maintaining detailed records of safety audits.
Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships to ensure successful completion.

Qualifications

Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams within industrial or commercial environments.
Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures.
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols across facilities.
Familiarity with schematics for electrical and mechanical systems; ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters, and CMMS software.
Excellent team management skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate staff towards high performance standards.
Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
