Position Overview

Are you personable, organized, and reliable? If so, you may be a great fit for our team! We are looking for someone to support daily operations and serve as a key point of contact for our Agent and internal team. This role is critical to keeping our office running efficiently, ensuring appointments are properly scheduled, deadlines are met, and team events and administrative processes are executed with excellence.

Responsibilities

Contact customers to schedule appointments

Run weekly and monthly production reports for the agency owner and team

Handle system setup, troubleshooting, and process documentation

Manage the owner's calendar, prioritize daily tasks, and protect high-value time

Manage and organize agency email communications

Support recruiting efforts — posting positions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

Support onboarding of new team members with training coordination and system access

Plan and coordinate marketing and community outreach events

Organize team events and activities that strengthen culture and collaboration

Provide general administrative support to keep daily operations efficient
