Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, client-facing Client Engagement Manager to support business-to-business (B2B) marketing clients through complex enterprise marketing initiatives.

This role sits at the center of client communication, internal coordination, project leadership, and delivery across sophisticated B2B marketing programs. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders including marketing, product marketing, and business leaders while partnering internally with Decision Counsel leadership, strategy, creative, content, and technology teams to ensure initiatives move from concept through execution successfully.

This is an execution-first role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys managing multiple concurrent workstreams, and takes pride in keeping complex marketing programs organized, aligned, and moving forward.

The ideal candidate has some experience working within a B2B marketing agency, consulting, integrated marketing, content marketing, demand generation, communications, or go-to-market environment supporting business clients rather than consumer-facing or retail customers.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for B2B client stakeholders and internal agency teams
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
Lead coordination and execution across multiple B2B marketing, content, creative, digital, and strategy initiatives running simultaneously
Translate client direction and strategic priorities into clear project plans, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate project status meetings, identify risks or blockers early, and help drive solutions before timelines are impacted
Coordinate with strategy, creative, content, digital, and technology teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Manage priorities, timelines, budgets, and expectations across multiple agency workstreams
Support major client programs, campaigns, executive events, and thought leadership initiatives requiring detailed coordination and execution oversight
Help improve operational clarity, workflows, and cross-functional team coordination over time

Qualifications

Experience B2B marketing account management, client engagement, program management, project management, or related client-facing marketing roles
Experience supporting enterprise at B2B clients strongly preferred
Agency, integrated marketing, content marketing, communications, consulting, or demand generation experience strongly preferred
Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing, creative, content, digital, and strategy teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines in a fast-paced agency environment
Comfortable working directly with senior marketing stakeholders and executive-level business clients
Strong problem-solving instincts and proactive mindset
Familiarity with project management and workflow platforms such as Teamwork, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Airtable, or similar systems

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
