Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience to new heights. Duties

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, promoting teamwork and professional growth
Develop innovative menus that highlight culinary creativity while meeting dietary needs and customer preferences
Oversee food production processes to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared efficiently and consistently
Manage inventory control and food cost management to optimize resources and reduce waste
Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and maintain compliance with health regulations
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions to deliver memorable dining experiences
Monitor shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow, timely service, and exceptional guest satisfaction
Implement training programs focused on food handling, cooking techniques, and safety standards
Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing schedules, and operational improvements

Qualifications

Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong banquet and catering backgrounds
Supervisory experience managing diverse culinary teams in a high-volume setting
Extensive knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitization procedures, and kitchen management practices
Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and culinary innovation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience in restaurant management with a focus on food service management and cost control
Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control techniques
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients effectively
Background in dietary department operations or specialized dietary needs is a plus
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and presentation
