Position Overview:
As a Roofing Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing sales for our roofing products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base while ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Average reps can earn $100k, top performers can earn $300k +

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutions to meet their requirements.
Present product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and features of our roofing products and services.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry regulations is desirable.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
