Technical Recruiter (IT)

Walker HealthforceWalker Healthforce is seeking a driven and experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in expanding a thriving, high-impact recruiting vertical. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting leading payer and provider organizations nationwide, partnering on critical Healthcare IT initiatives and building long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT/Technical roles within Healthcare Technology
Partner closely with our internal account team to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
Source, qualify, and place high-caliber candidates in a competitive market
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using ATS, CRM tools, and proactive sourcing strategies
Consistently meet and exceed recruiting metrics and performance goals
Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Technical/IT recruiting experience (preferred)
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Highly competitive mindset with a “win” mentality
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven approach

Please note: This is a sales-oriented recruiting role, not a traditional corporate HR position.
