Location: Mova Dental of Framingham – Framingham, MA

Job Description

MOVA Dental, a brand-new, independently owned dental office in Framingham, MA, is seeking a Part-Time/ Full-Time front desk to join our growing team. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role as our practice expands. We are looking for a dependable, punctual, and team-oriented professional to support our practice and provide excellent care to our patients. Portuguese and Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone calls warmly.
Perform insurance verifications and benefit breakdowns.
Schedule new patient appointments.
Manage general front desk tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Experience in working admin at dental offices
Experienced verifying insurance eligibility for patients
Scheduling patients
Should be proficient on using basic computer skills
Proficiency in Eaglesoft, OpenDental, or Dentrix preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Portuguese-speaking candidates are preferred.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $20.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience).
Employee dental care included.
Paid Time Off: 1 week.
Paid Sick Leave: 1 week.
Opportunity for full-time employment as the practice grows.

Work Schedule

Part-time position:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
