Your positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your office management expertise and customer service skills while supporting daily administrative functions.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer support and maintaining a professional front desk presence
Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and accurately
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or clients
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Maintain a clean and organized reception area while managing office-related administrative duties with efficiency

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and document proofreading
Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic office management software like QuickBooks
Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrating exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and administrative support is preferred
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a professional demeanor
