Independent Restoration ServicesFranklin, TN Full-Time | In-OfficeHours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Independent Restoration Services is a fast-growing restoration company specializing in fire, water, mold, and storm damage restoration. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional, team-oriented culture. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a growing business.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while ensuring projects, customers, and internal processes stay organized and on track. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments, inspections, and project activities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding invoices
Follow up with customers regarding invoices, documentation, and project completion
Maintain organized customer files and office records
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
Coordinate with field staff to ensure efficient communication
Support management with reporting, document preparation, and other administrative needs
Order and maintain office supplies
Help improve office processes and keep operations running efficiently
Perform other general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous office management, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Experience in restoration, construction, or home services is a plus but not required
