Full Job Description

Most entry-level jobs open right now are retail, food service, or a warehouse. This is a different kind of door: a real sales seat at a growing roofing company, with full paid training, and a realistic first-year target of $60,000–$80,000.

No degree or experience needed.

What you'll actually learn here

Sales is one of the few skills that pays for the rest of your life, and almost nobody teaches it properly. Here you'd learn it from the ground up:

How to open a conversation with a stranger and have them glad you called
How to ask questions that get real answers instead of polite ones
How to handle "I need to think about it" without being pushy
How to follow up for two weeks straight and still sound fresh on the ninth call
How a real business actually works — where leads come from, what they cost, and what happens after the sale

You'd learn it from the owner directly, not from a training video. We're a small team, which means you get coached in real time, every day, by the person whose name is on the truck.

Saddle River Roofing started in 2022 and now installs 150–300 roofs a year across Bergen County and North Jersey. Licensed, insured, 5-star rated on Google. We built the company around doing right by customers, and we're growing.

Being small is the point. At a big call center you'd be one of a hundred headsets with a supervisor you see once a month. Here you'd be the inside sales team — trusted with real responsibility from the start, and close enough to the business to see how every part of it fits together.

The money

Uncapped bonus on every appointment that happens, paid out weekly
estimated $60,000–$80,000 in your first year
No cap, no ceiling, no waiting for a review cycle to earn more

Where it goes

We're building a sales team, and this is the seat it gets built from. The people who get sharp on the phone here are first in line for what comes next — running appointments as an Estimator, managing leads, or training the reps we hire after you. What you do in this role determines how fast that happens.

Schedule
