Overview

90 day review, training provided. Hotel experience preferred. If review good, an increase in salary can be assumed. Need reliable, motivated, and self driven candidates with friendly personality and customer service oriented.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Front Desk Agent ( or Night Auditor) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position involves performing essential front desk duties, managing guest relations, and conducting nightly audits to ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

Check in guests, verify id, welcome speech, collect credit cards and enter into pos sysyem.
If Night Audotor,Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and reservations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
A background in hospitality management or related fields is desirable but not required.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing outstanding guest relations.
