Licensed Psychologist | Build Your Insurance-Based Practice with Lean Medical

Compensation: $175/hour | Up to $350,000/year

Location: Remote (Telehealth)

Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Preferred: Active credentialing with Aetna and/or Cigna

Lean Medical is a clinical platform that handles the entire operational backbone of an insurance-based psychology practice: credentialing, billing, prior authorizations, claims, and compliance. You see patients and get paid without the overhead.

We’re actively recruiting licensed psychologists who are already credentialed with Aetna or Cigna and want to build or expand a telehealth caseload under our platform.

How It Works

You practice under Lean Medical’s group NPI. We onboard you into our credentialed network, match you with insured patients, and run the back office. You set your own schedule, choose your clients, and deliver care on your terms.

Patient referral matching - we send you clients who fit your specialty and availability
Compliance monitoring and documentation support
Reliable monthly payments - we pay you on a predictable schedule regardless of payer reimbursement timelines

What You Bring

Active, unrestricted psychology license (PhD or PsyD)
Current credentialing with Aetna and/or Cigna (preferred)
Ability to practice via telehealth in your licensed state(s)
Malpractice insurance (we can help you find coverage if needed)
A genuine interest in seeing insured patients without dealing with the admin yourself
