Job description:

Rayz is a family-owned Restaurant and bar in Northwest, OH. Are you the right fit for Rayz? We are looking for someone who has leadership experience in kitchens to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the kitchen when it comes to food safety, kitchen operation, leading the line on busy nights, cleaning kitchen and equipment, etc.

Must able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be positive person, motivated, able to work well with others in a busy, fast pace kitchen. Job responsibilties include: cooking, prepping, cleaning, stocking, communicating professionally with team and customers.

Starting pay is between $15.00/hr - $21/hr and based on skills, attitude, availability, etc.

1/2 off food while working. Free soft drinks while working. Employee fun days/holiday parties.

We close our kitchen much earlier than most places and are closed on Many Holidays where most places are open. Allowing our Staff to be with Family and our friends when its most important.

On weekends year round we pay a $2/hr incentive pay…(Friday 5pm- Sunday close)

For all hours worked, we pay a $1/hr on a Rayz gift card.

We will give raises based on performance, attendance, attitude, etc.

Bonuses are available for those who stand out.

Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
