Job Overview
Lechner's Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of budgeting, cost management, and fiscal management. This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning to support the organization's goals.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and regulations.
Manage cash flow and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
Executing technical accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
Monitor financial performance metrics and implement cost management initiatives to enhance profitability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial management roles with a strong focus on budgeting and fiscal management.
In-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes and practices.
Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to perform complex financial analysis..
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the industry.
