Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster - Remote - Northern California

Competitive base salary $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience.
SIP certification
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
In-depth understanding of Workers' Compensation guidelines and compliance regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various database management systems.

The Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the California Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims
Reviewing billing summaries
Identifying any signs of fraud and making proper referrals for further investigation
Pursue subrogation when necessary, and offer superior customer service to all parties involved
Ensure timely responses to all communications, addressing telephone inquiries
