Job Title: Front Office Associate

Location: Fresno, CA

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and welcoming Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for our office. You will manage daily administrative operations, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless, professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations: Greet guests, answer/route incoming calls, and respond to inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.
Administrative Support: Manage office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings or conference rooms.
Information Management: Maintain and update electronic filing systems, client databases, and office records.
Correspondence: Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
Office Maintenance: Monitor inventory, order office supplies, and ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and time management in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
